Default Rainy Season.....

I was wondering what you guys think.... Please, this is a post for information, not for flames.. (I did a search already!) Thanks for all opinions!

It rained really hard over the last few days. I kept my integra in the garage and just drove my mom's sport-ute. My car has Azenis with very little tread on them (probably $hitty in the rain) and a CAI.

I'm going to be installing new Azenis on my car, so I can drive in the rain with a bit more confidence (rather than driving with slicks)

I'm also thinking of converting my CAI w/ bypass to a Short Ram for the winter.

Does anyone do this? How do you like the performance of the short ram intake?

Should I have more confidence in the bypass valve?

TIA!

I just bought a short ram for the winter also. Waiting for my mud guards to come, and then, I'll install them.

Bypass doesn't work too well if the filter is not submerged in water.

And the rainy season is the only time I get to appreciate these lousy dry-grip Kumhos.

if you do a search for the falken azenis performance during the rain you will find out that they have very little traction in the wet.
