Default broken timing belt

i recently bought a civic hb, and right now the car doesn't starts. Because the timing belt is broken.
Now is there anything I should worry about when I put a new timing belt on?
How hard is it to change a timing belt?
Before my friend figure out it was the timing belt, we cranked the engine. Did we f* up anything in doing so?

Replace the timing belt, timing belt tensioner, and water pump at the same time. Trust me, you'll be better off. All of these parts require replacement around the same time anyways.

Belt $40
Tensioner $35
Water Pump $70

Labor $150-$300, depends on who ya go to. Call around some shops.

If you're gonna swap SOON, just save the money for those items and replace them right away on the B16A2. One less thing to worry about, plus it's easier to change them if the motors not in the car.

I still haven't found the swap yet. I need a swap first, how much do B16a2 cost, complete? Do I need a complete one? This one guy is asking $2800 for it, how does it sounds?
