This is my 1997 and crv auto. Well my wife's. Been wanting to lift it since we bought it. Just got around to the front so far. Here's some pics for Honda tech. It's a custom lift I got the 40mm spacers on ebay than put the ground control style coil overs. Got 2" out of the kit I made. Can't wait to get to the rear to evenly lift it.

 

Sweet lift dude. I am in the same boat actually. I talked my girl into buying a 99 EX 5-speed and we both like the idea of lifting so i was poking around the site looking for the best option. Please post when you finish. i'm curious what kind of sacrifices come with lifting like ride quality ect. BTW are the wheels supposed to have paint splatter or do you just drop paint everywhere? lol jk

 

Thanks. But ya with the right Springs and camber kit. The ride should be the same. I lifted only the front so far and it doesn't feel the bit different.

here's an update with bigger front tires. Went front 205/70/15 to 205/75/15
