Default Struts and Springs HELP

Guys, I have a set of BLOX lowering springs ready to go on TruHart Sport struts.

Brand: TruHartInterchange Part Number: HU2797 HU2798 HU2847 541-05-1200
Manufacturer Part Number: TH-H501
Other Part Number: Short Stroke Struts Shocks for Lowering Springs

Struts did not come with tophats, so I guess I should reuse my old ones.

My question is if I would see any benefit from installing extended top-hats. Ive puled up old posts and read some on them but cannot decide.
These being "Sport Shocks" and having the description say "Short Stroke Struts" sounds like an extended top had wouldn't help much.

Please advise, I am also going to be buying new either way, since old ones look like poo.

Extended or not extended, that is the question.

Thanks,
