Hey guys. Not sure how to start a thread on here but I've got a 92 teggy b18a1 and the oil light came on and the motor had a loud knock. Shut it down and had a buddy tow it home. Adjusted the valve lash and started it up and ran great. Then the light came on again and had a knock again. Bad oil pump maybe? Any help would be appreciated. Tia

 

Would never hurt to replace the oil pump, As scary as it might sound you might be loosing oil pressure and that's causing the crank bearings to run dry.

 

That's what I was thinking. I also posted on the fb honda page and everyone keeps saying rod knock.
