Default 93 hatch cranks but won't start

For a few days now my car has had this problem, it cranks but will not start. I already changed the battery, replaced fuses 18, 24 and 31, replaced relay and fuel pump, cleaned the ground cable connected to the thermostat. Any other ideas on why it still won't start?

Start here: Part 1 -How to Troubleshoot a No Start (1.6L Honda Civic)

I'd say you have corrected condition #2 whether it needed it or not.

Turn the key on but don't try to start. Does the check engine light come on then go out? During the time the light is on you should hear the fuel pump run.

If that is OK check for spark next.

Check ur timing belt take off the valve pan then timing cover wiggle both sides of the belt if it moves then pull it on the top pulley of it slides it timing belt is bad don't pull it off though it for it is 80$ at autozone comes with belt tensioner pulley and water pump that's what's wrong with mine it can still be bad even tho the cam turns the belt may be stretched and skipped a tooth or 2 hope this helps

There's normally a little slack. To tell if it skipped, rotate the crank by hand to TDC then check the marks on the cam pulley.
