Please help with a simple question. H22a4

Ok so if I sound like a dumb *** please be patient with me. Lol I have a 2000 Honda prelude 2.2 5 speed base model. My trans went out and I'm looking for a trans that will fit and directly bolt on. What trans options can I go with, I can't find a cheap in my price range M2Y4. I'm looking into a M2S4 trans right now will that work with my car? I'm not too worried about gear ratios and all that. I've looked at a bunch of charts and they don't say anything about what's compatible with the H22a4. Can someone please help. What other options can I go with? Let me add that the M2S4 I'm looking at its from a 93 2.3 prelude.
