I have a 2003 Element and it is stuck in park. also has no break lights or horn. A can do the shift override to get it out of park. I have checked all fuses and relays and changed the break switch all to no avail, this is driving me nuts ( no pun intended ) and thoughts anyone?

 

Check under-hood fuse no. 7 (15A). If you have a voltmeter, check that there is power on both sides of the fuse.
