Default Assistance Needed: Issues With The Ability To Lower Fuel Pressure - B18B

just got a 95 civichatch. has a 95 ls b18 from a integra. I have a chipped ecu b/c the car was boosted before. I gotit all motor. I am having trouble lowering the fuel pressur from 60 to 40. with the after market regulator. I have put2 on and a stock one just to see. nothing. I have also put in a stock ecu. I need help with this death trap.

What size fuel pump do you have in that car ??? Also, if you had the ability to TUNE the engine, there are actually some advantages to running elevated fuel pressures, and you could capitalize on these. You only need to drop back to 43 psi static if you intend to use a stock ECU on a stock engine.
