Default Help

Hi I'm new here and looking for some help. I recently bought a 1998 Honda Civic ex on the cheap run and drives decent but has some issues as expected it needed a valve cover gasket and distributor o-ring gasket and a new pcv valve and a good cleaning lol. When I was changing the valve cover gasket I noticed that it has had a d16z6 swap done witch is fine with me I got the vc gasket done and cleaned the iacv and put a new set of ngk plugs in and it ran fine well today I went and changed the pcv valve and cleaned the engine bay with engine degreaser and changed the distributor gasket and now it won't start it won't even crank over all it does is a click from the front right area of the car when I try to start it. I'm not new to wrenchin on my own stuff nor to Hondas alltho it has been a while lol any advice or info would be greatly appreciated

Default Re: Help

No crank at all indicates an ignition or battery problem. Check your starter and battery connections, starter wiring, ignition switch/wiring, etc.
