Hi guys,
I am having this problem with my 03 Civic, when engine is on and I try to put it on high beams it makes a funny buzz coming from behind the glove box. The DRL lights work fine, but the high beams just work on left side (already tried to change the bulb). When I removed the glove box to see what is happening I noticed that the buzzing is coming from this 2 relays (picture bellow).
Sorry, I am really noob in electronics and I might be insulting your intelligence with those questions, but how do I take this things off (I tried by hand, but was afraid of forcing and breaking as I don't have the replacement yet) and replace them? I tried to search on amazon for replacements, but the circuit always seem a bit different.
Thanks a lot in advance.
Regards,
Jonathan
Thank you so much NDNV. That was exactly the DRL module, I resoldered it and everything is working perfectly. I came across this DRL module thread before actually, but as the noise was coming from the glove box, I though my problem was different.
Anyway, I'm very happy with solving it so thanks and I'll post the youtube video that helped me so that can help others.
