Default Vtec won't kick in

My vtec will not kick in I was riding out my house and hit it and vtec in gaged then rode up the road and tryed to hit it again and it didn't in gage changed the vtech soleniod and gasket and still won't in gage my cel in not burnt up cause it cuts on before I start it and its not on and everything works inside my cluster

Check your oil level. Check all connectors for Vtec. If everything good there, then check for CEL codes.
