Default 30/30 Brake prop valve leak question

So original prop valve started leaking from the weep hole, noticed my brake fluid level goin down so i bought a used one off ebay to replace, leaked. Bought one from a junkyard, leaked. So i read a lot of the posts about these things leaking and pretty much everyone says replace the inner seals or keep buying new ones until they dont leak.

I read someone also plugged the hole completely, and now my question is what would be the downside if any of doing that? Because installing this thing again is such a pain in the butt i really am over it. I was honestly looking into rebending my lines and going with an adjustable valve or something else because the stock location is such a pain.

But anyway I wanted to know if plugging that weep hole would have any adverse affect on braking. My setup is stock fronts, rear disk on an EG with a 15/16 MC.
