My car started sputtering while driving, so I changed out the spark plugs and it didn't fix the issue. I then changed out all 4 ignition coils, and it still sputters.
Not sure what other options I have, please advise.

bit wasteful on swapping parts without testing them, at least the coils. hope you kept the old ones, OEM is king!

valve lash being out will cause misfiring, plugged fuel filter, plugged air filter, bad coolant temp sensor, bad intake air temp sensor, etc...

does it do it cold, warmed up, under load, under no load, closed/open loop, etc...

any codes come up/check engine light flashing or on solid?
