Default Vacuum leak? + vid of it

If I rev the car up and let off the throttle the rpm goes to normal idle but then goes a bit up and then goes back to normal idle and stay that way

already checked IACV and cleaned it, Also changed for a different one but still the same..

So could It be a vacuum leak?

Engine is a D15Z6 vtec-e

Get a smoke machine. Pump the smoke into the intake manifold. Block the throttle body. Find where smoke come out. If there is a leak, the smoke will escape from there.

"This video is not available."

Does the car drive OK? If so, I wouldn't pay much attention to exactly what happens when revving up in neutral.

The VTEC-E engine found in the 1992-95 VX is D15Z1. D16Z6 is the regular VTEC used in the EX.
