Poor MPG on 04 Ody 234,000 miles

Poor MPG on 04 Ody 234,000 miles
gone from around 19 to 15 in city recently.
Plugs, coils and air filter are good, almost new. Tire pressure good.
I'm suspicious of the O2 sensor(s).
Any other suggestions?

I think your problem is that an '04 Odyssey is neither a 1992-2000 vehicle nor a Civic. So, buy a Civic. Problem solved.
