Default Manny swap

Hi everybody I'm jake. I've been lurking around this sight for a long time. I really need help and have been unable to find the info I need on my own. I have a 95 del sol s with a d15b7 thats my daily driver. My brother gave me a 98 civic ex with a d16y8 that had been abused and a hole blown through the block. I've completely stripped all the parts off the ex. I attempted to swap intakes. I installed the d15b7 throttle body onto the d16y8 intake manifold. I also swapped fuel rails but kept my injectors. I took the white iat sensor (i think that's what it's calle) from the backside of the d15 Manny and relocated it to my cold air intake. I also swapped throttle cables. Everything bolted up fine. I have a black sensor I don't know what to do with and I don't know how to route the vacuum/coolant lines. Please please help me .
