When I turn the key to the on position the dash lights come on but the light around D4 comes on for a few seconds. When turned over the clock goes out and the engine does not turn over. Their is a click noise. I've had problems with my passenger side blinkers blinking fast lately. Not sure if related. Thanks for any help!!

 

Check your battery connection. Blinking fast, check your bulb and wiring to it.
