Hi, I am having trouble finding the issue on why my honda will not turn over when trying to start. This only happens once in a while but has happened 3-4 times in the last couple of days. I go and shake the battery cables and then the car starts. Terminals are clean. Recently replaced the fuel pump and filter, also recently replace the dizzie a month ago with one from the junkyard. Do you think maybe the starter solenoid. Any ideas would be appreciated, Thanks

So when you're having trouble starting does it crank and just won't start or do you just hear clicks or nothing, just instrument lights.

I agree. Sounds like a ground problem.. check your ground cable that connects to the battery.. make sure it is tight..
