I have a 91 honda civic (LX Sedan) drove my car yesterday and everything was fine. Went to start it up today and it wouldn't start and the fuel pump doesn't hum. I have replaced the main relay with a new relay and still no fuel pump sound. I threw in an old relay that intermittently works and then jumped the terminals manually inside the relay with a paperclip and the pump kicked on but does not sound very strong. The car has run fine all month up until this point. Fuel filter is new as well. Does this sound like a fuel pump or another issue? I only have 24 hours before i have to move out of my current house. Any help is very much appreciated!
