Default Help!! 90 accord goes in gear while car is off but super hard when on!!!

Ok fellow cb7 owners please help!! Shifts amazing when my car is off but when on forget it!! 1st impossible 2nd forcefully and pretty much same for the rest of gears..... here's what's been going on. .. over past few months 1st started getting difficult asked my bf to check well he never did and trying to force into gear one night the trans cable busted... had to push my 90 with my daughters 99 accord to a shop and well took FOREVER to find part locally and finally mechanic (or so called one) pulled off one from a yard.... week later now says I need new clutch... hmmmm ok whatever it's under warranty cuz just replaced little over a year ago along with the tranny ( which another previous shitty mechanic cracked doing axles) anywho now take him new clutch and another week and a half goes by and finally mechanic calls with 750 dollar ******* bill!!! Wtf.... right? Take car home and same night having same hard to shift into first problems... call mechanic and wanted me to bring so he could work on it... I researched **** online and looked under hood myself and noticed cmc looks new csc not so much... this point I'm heated and not letting this mechanic keep my car another 2 weeks... bought csc 12.99 at AutoZone and my bf put on.... well then obviously he doesn't know how to bleed the system correctly and pedal stuck to floor... attempted to what I thought was bleeding correctly and no change.. furious now researched how to bleed waited for him to go to work this morning and went down and bled from csc CORRECTLY with help from my daughter 😂 pushing clutch... finally pressure built and pedal engaged clutch almost to floor with alot of play..... turn car on but still won't go in gear !!! WWWWTTTFFF! My bf ( which mind you will never be allowed to touch my car AGAIN) saaaid something about some **** he messed with at pedal then said he added a nut... I'm like wtf. .. anyways please help my he my baby running smoothly again!! Do I just need to adjust freeplay or what else?!

If the freeplay at the pedal was adjusted incorrectly then the pedal>CMC>CSC may not being allow the clutch fork to properly release the clutch. This would cause dragging/hard to shift with the engine on but no issues with the engine off.

Idk if I'm just not adjusting the pedal correctly but my bizkut is being a pain in theeeee **** ( kinda like it owner.... me &#128514 or what but I've tried looking for a walk thru on freeplay adjust on pedal....since I've not worked on a car before lol and just tired of every mechanic screwing my car up worse than and with more wrong than when I take it to them :/.... any info or step by step tutorials maybe? I have the Chilton book but it's pretty general and universal with not so good instructions (accord prelude 84-95) repair book. .... help! !
