What spark plugs are you running? What is the gap set to? It sounds like you could be getting spark blow out. You could try closing your gaps down to ~.025" or a bit tighter and see it that helps.

The spark plugs are so old that I don't remember so I will defently get some new ones and try if that works

You most likely want to get NGK spark plugs part # bkr7e (4644) they are 7 heat range. Let us know how that works out for you.

I just replace the spark plugs and I have a 25 gap on it, it helped a little bit but it still does it not bad but it is still doing it

Is your ignition system all oem parts or do you have cheap parts store ignition parts? An all oem ignition system should be able to supply enough spark as long as it's in good working order. Maybe it's time to replace some ignition parts if they are old and worn. NGK makes nice plug wires too that are pretty inexpensive. You could also close the gap even more on your plugs, I wouldn't recommend going much tighter then .020" though. If your gap is .020" and you still get spark blowout (assuming your tune is ok) then you definitely need to service your ignition system.

I'm going to close them up to 22 and if that still doesn't work than idk what else to do because there isn't that many shops around me that work on imports

You need additional ignition system if closing the spark plug gap doesn't help. Don't go any lower than .022". It's not an "import" thing. Start looking up on how people upgrade their igntion systems. you have replacement internal coils, Aftermarket ignition systems from Mallory, MSD, and Summit Racing that work with external coils or aftermarket internal coils, and lastly, complete conversion to coil-on-plug.

Start reading, and move on after this spark plug thing.. ok.?

The distributor was replace at the shop when the dyno was done, and they said that they don't know why it was doing that and also said it could be that I need to replace engine harness but I'm going to close the gap to 22 tomorrow and see what that does

The parts I describe can go into your current distributor. Replacing the whole unit alone may not be enough.

From my experience, no OEM harness alone would cause that, even if not grounded correctly . I have no idea why that would even be discussed by your shop. Especially on a Honda, unless it was cut and manipulated by you or someone else.

Sounds to me that they are at a point of grasping for straws to find a cause now.
