Default NEED HELP! JDM obd1 d15b vtec swap

Alright so I'm having trouble figuring out the last coolant/vacuum lines for my swap I've done.

I've frankensteined a lot of **** together here and I'm having a little trouble finding where some of these lines and fittings connect. You guys are my last hope lol. I apologize if this has been covered already but I'm looking for some direct answers specific to my situation. Here are some pictures of what I'm talking about. (Iacv is not connected but I'm converting the plug from 3 pin to 2 pin). There are currently no lines going to the iacv either, id like to know what goes there.

In the picture where I'm holding the one hose, the other end goes up through the intake manifold and comes out from that brown 90 degree fitting.

In the picture where it's really dark and I have the light directly on it, that line has coolant pouring out when I attempted to fill the radiator.

I also included a picture of the whole manifold from the top to see if I might have put a hose to the wrong fitting.

Thanks in advance guys, I don't have anyone to help me figure this out so that's why I'm asking on here.

The swap is in a 1999 civic hatch by the way, I forgot to mention that
