Default DPFI to MPFI manifold install, need help w/ hoses!

Hi, i'm on the tail end of this MPFI swap and I'm having trouble figureing out what hoses go where, if there is a simple guide showing this let me know please, my haynes manual is practically useless for this.

picture 1 and 2: I have these three hoses left which I think are for coolant. On the DPFI setup there was a tubing that looked like the second picture but it only had hoses connected to the small line and the big line wasnt connected to anything and was cut on the end. Where do these go, or can I tee these?

picture 3: This is how I have the hoses set up, I color coded them for clarity. Is this correct? The hose that I marked shows in the manual that it goes down back behind the manifold, but to where?

picture 4: lastly there is a nipple on the egr valve that I dont have a hose for. I also dont have a harness for the egr valve, am I supposed to?

I know this is probably newb stuff but I tried to be helpfull with the pictures.

Any help is appreciated.

The three coolant lines you can tee together or block off.

Here is the vaccuum routing for a B16 but its still the same for all 0BD0 ..

Hope it helps.

Ya that helps a bit, it looks like I got most of it right. I still dont know where the one I labeled in white goes. Every where I looks shows it going down behind and to the right, I don't have anything down there for it to connect to though, am I missing something? I already found out I was missing a TPS and an FPR so I wouldn't be surprised. The diagram you gave me seems to indicate I should tee the white labeled hose to the hose for the pcv valve?

Does that white labeled hose go to a fast idle solenoid? If it does, I don't have one. It isn't there on the back of the intake runner. I don't really want to pay out the rear for it at the dealer either. Do I need that or is there some way to block it off?

ok, so it looks like the vac hose I was wondering about does go to that fast idle solenoid. what do you all suppose is the worst that could happen if I capped that nipple and put a block plate where the solenoid connects to the manifold?

Did you use the MPFI intake setup from a HF?

I honestly dont know where the manifold setup came from, I got it included (not installed) with the car. It has a d16a6 in it but was still using the DPFI setup. The ecu that came with it was marked as being from a CRX also it was marked PM6, although it didn't say what model the PM6 is the crx si right? is there any way to tell what car the setup came from?

looking at some parts diagrams, the EGR valve from the CRX looks like the same one that is on my manifold whereas the one for the civic does not. So im going to give it a maybe leaning toward yes on the CRX manifold question.

ok, so to clear everything up here are some pics of the manifold I have. I need to know what I need to do to get this manifold connected right to my civic dx.

here is the manifold from the top angle. I plan to remove and block off the egr valve, I don't have a vac source or a harness for it on the dx. I also realize that there is no throttle position sensor or fuel pressure regulator, they are on the way.

Here is a 3/4 view from behind. you can see that there is no fast idle thermal valve, or even a place to connect it.

Here is the back view clearly showing that there is no fast idle valve, and showing the model and serial #'s, which hopefully someone can tell me what to do with this after seeing those.

I guess the main question is vacuum and coolant line routing. on the top of the manifold facing toward the back there is those two nipples. I need to know what those connect to.

Any help appreciated as always.
