Looking at the picture, is this the correct order of assembly? I'm not running dust boots, because I can't see how they could be installed with the extended tophats.
Since I'm not running a dustboot, I was just going to use the thicker washer and leave the larger/thinner washer out.

I'm, also leaving out the metal tube because I don't think I'm supposed to use it in this case. If anyone could confirm that this is the right configuration or correct me if not, I would greatly appreciate it.

 

And what are these O-rings included for?
