Default Canadian built car with US cluster work?

Hey guys, my cluster (in miles) on my Canadian built (Im in the US) 05 civic seems to be on the fritz. Could I replace it with a US car vin one? Wasn't sure if there were any harness differences?

Thanks!

well, make sure you get an 04-05 cluster, but yes it will work. the early 7th gen clusters had different pin outs. I've swapped my 01 to an 05 cluster and had to move some wires around. so to be plug and play, be sure to have a similar year cluster, mph or km/h doesn't matter.
