Central locking of my civic 2009 is not working when I try to lock the car using key controls after very first time use in a day but after that it work fine for rest of the day, I am not sure is it a battery problem, because if it's a battery problem then it should fail very frequently, please help in identifying the root cause.

 

Why not just change the battery ? What else could you possibly do to fix the issue other than changing the battery ?
