Have a problem with a friend B18c 12.6cr pro2 camshaft
90 pump with 15% ethanol mixture and tuned with HONDATA
here is the problem
just one piston damage
why is that happens ? What the problem come from ?
car tuned on 13 AFR @ Low cam and ~12.8 12.9 AFR @ WOT

to lean for 12.6:1..to hot and wrong fuel. did u change the spark plug gap?

 

Best power made @ 12.9AFR
fuel used 95 RON with 15%ethanol mixture

 

Yeah best power on dyno..but on the street the engine is more in stress on load. More knock...which ignition do u run and which spark plugs and which gap?

 

HONDATA cbr and ,7 heat range spark plug
and I tuned it on street not on dyno
high cam ignition was 27~28 degree
