Ported h22 intake manifold for my h2b crx
This took forever porting and still need to polish a bit more. I'm just waiting for my skunk pro1 grind from Delta cams and yes these do VTEC cams.

Nice! Looking good. I'm going to be doing the same to my manifold soon. I'll be porting the dividers down a little more on the lower half.
What size throttle body are you going to run?
I'm going to 74mm with the IACV deleted.

I ported mine to a 70mm throttle body and had a welder tig where the idle air control valve area is. As I was porting the area at 9 o'clock if your looking inside the throttle opening it thinned out creating holes. I've ported older h22 manifolds and didn't have that problem yet the latest generation blue top intake manifold was a little thinner in that area. Considering I'm at stock compression at 10:6:1 velocity is going to be very important. I have a h22 ported head with skunk pro series valve train and valves, skunk pro1 cams, and your typical high end tri y header with a 2 and 1/2 collector. I'm looking to see around 250whp on 91 and even higher on the e85 tune. I'm curious what your build is I've gone 74mm with a skunk2 manifold and made great power.

Sounds like a fun build!
I'm interested in the Delta "Pro1" cams you're having them grind for you. How much were they?
My build is just a stock longblock H23a.
Ported intake manifold almost like yours with a 74mm throttle body. No IACV.
3.5" intake with velocity stack.
Typical tri-y header with 2.5" collector as well.
I'll be spraying 75whp worth of nitrous through it to start and end up at 150whp worth.
Looking for 350-375whp on the nitrous.
It's in a gutted and cut up 94 EG sedan.

Good news when I spoke to john at delta cams he explained they can also do vtec grinds and that they are a repair facility for skunk2 cams. Also that they with skunk2 are prototyping new cam designs for skunk2 which is very awesome. With the great reviews and feedback from tuners using delta cams I was very excited to hear he could do a h22 pro1 and pro2 grind exact specs as skunk2. Even better it's only $300 for both intake and exhaust. So yeah delta all the way.
