help, can't find torque & sequence specs for 97 2.7 v6 Accord?

Help please, very frustrated. Can't find sequence & torque specs for 97 2.7 v6 Honda Accord valve adjustment. I don't care about valve cover, don't care about anything but the torque & sequence for the freaking VALVE ADJUSTMENT. ugh.

If you open the hood and look up, there should be a white tag with writing on it, usually towards the bottom somewhere it will say valve lash, and the specs

verboten to post it here. 8(
check ebay/bookfinder/allbookstores for a cheap used
haynes manual too. worth $10-15 or so for
the pics and extra info.
