Default Blowing white/blue smoke from stoplight.

Car: 88 Civic Hatch DX Auto. Stock 1.5L sohc. So my car only smokes from a stoplight in first gear while warmed up. Car is not overheating. Coolant is good. Oil is good not milky or anything. Not burning any oil either. I do think it smells like oil when it happens though. I check the oil periodically and it stays level. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks.

White is water (sometimes running slightly rich will spear as white or gray just smell it you can smell burnt antifreeze , blue is oil straight up , generally if it smokes at idle it's valve seals if it smokes under acceleration /load it's rings , sounds like you might need a head gasket and valve seals to me

compression test compared with oil-backed compression test. will tell you if rings are the issue.
