My Civic with a B18C1 swap mated to a ITR S80 LSD transmission with a P28 Crome Chipped ECU has had an issue since my purchase. When I am stuck in traffic and after a couple of shifts between first and neutral, I would need to rev up to 2500-4000 RPM just to get going and I get really weak throttle/acceleration response. Then when I press down on the throttle mildly, the car would shake a little. I also feel the jump of the clutch way less. It might also be worth noting that I have a Competition Clutch Stage 4 and the catch point is really high. I don't think the clutch has any problem though.

Was the car dyno tuned or does it just have a base map on it? What modifications were done to the engine?

 

Did you check the injectors??
