Default Clutch Replaced, Lower Pressure - Normal?

Please forgive my lack of expertise here... I had the clutch replaced on a Honda Fit. It goes into gear fine and pressure is consistent, but it is considerably lower (the pressure) than before. Is this normal? I've never driven a car that had an old clutch and then a new one to know if this difference in pressure is normal or not.

Thanks for in advance to any replies!

Over time the pressure plate can fatigue but a new replacement should feel in the same ballpark. Is the replacement the same brand and model as the replaced?

Thanks for your reply. I'd say it's roughly 30% less pressure. I do not know the brand or model they used. I took it to a local mechanic that was referred to us by several neighbors.

If you can ind out that might shed some light on it. Does it disengage and engage as the same heights (pedal position) it did before?
