I have decided to remove the turbo off my car and daily drive it. I am wondering what do I do about fuel? Can I stay with the same injectors and fuel pump that's on the turbo setup? I have a 95 civic with gsr. Fuel pump is a 340lph and injectors are 1000cc. Thanks for any information.

 

You can leave the fuel system as is. May not get as good of mileage depending on your tune, but it should be fine.

If you plan on driving it hard at all, you may need to get it retuned. Certain parts of the maps might not be set right for WOT, since the car would not have seen WOT with no boost with the turbo installed.

I did this on one of my previous cars before I sold it. Just left the injectors and ecu.

 

definitely get it retuned. It will run rich as hell with 1000cc injectors at WOT

 

I planned on getting a different chipped cry and doing a b16 base map due to have replaced the intake manifold to get rid of secondaries. What about map sensor? I have hondata 4 bar map on car now. Will it nerd to be changed back to stock map sensor?

 

B16 base map will not work due to larger injectors, and any other mods remaining on the engine. Swapping the map sensor also will require a new tune.

Any way you slice it, you'll need to get tuned unless you run everything exactly the same other than removing the turbo. Even then, should get tuned before any WOT driving.
