LT and ST fuel trim
High ST fuel Trim and LT fuel trim. Would this be why the car takes longer than normal to start? My exhaust manifold is cracked. Could this be the reason it's high?
ST Trim 1.05 Range is 0 to 1
LT Trim 1.02 Range is 0 to 1
These readings are at idle.

Cracked exhaust manifold allows more air to reach the O2 sensor, making it think the engine is running lean and ecu will add more fuel to compensate in closed loop. Hence the high fuel trims.

as for engine taking longer to start... Hondas are fantastic cars, the absolute best. But they're not made of magic. When was the last time this car had any kind of service?

I bought this car not too long ago. Milled the head, replaced spark plugs, and head gasket about 9k miles ago. That and used some fuel injector cleaner a couple times. About 230k miles on it now.
what would you recommend?

Sorry I missed the hard starting part. The high fuel trims should not cause this because the car only applies the trim in closed loop, ie once the car is warmed up.
However if it is running rich all the time, I would check the spark plugs first. Definitely fix that manifold.

It has been doing this since I bought it. My other civic starts right up first time the motor turns over. This civic takes a few turns. Most times I have to turn the key twice and some times 3 times each time the motor will turn over several times.
I've done the timing belt twice and went back and checked it a 3rd time and it was always lined up. Granted, this is the first car I've done a timing belt on so I could be missing something.
My plan of attack now is to fix the exhaust manifold situation, then post some pics of the spark plugs to see what y'all think. That'll be a while before I get to it.
