1997 Del Sol JDM D15b distributor issue

1997 Del Sol JDM D15b distributor issue
I have a 1997 Del Sol with a D16 non VTECH. I installed a JDM D15B and cannot get it to start. The Original D16 distributor seems wrong. Only 1 mounting bolt lines up. I have fuel and spark. Timing seems off. Any ideas? Is there a more correct distributor? Thanks in advance.
