White bubbes in radiator and ticking sounds in valve cover and whte breather

note:
sometimes i my temp goes up then going down in a few seconds.
I just did a compression test, result is 12 1/2 - 11 - 12 - 12
No white smoke or heavy smoke coming out from my exhaust pipe and dipstick

Temp guage shooting up then down as well as bubbles coming out of radiator makes me think you need to purge the air from the coolant system.
Before assuming bad head gasket, see if you can find any source of leaks in the system.
Any pin holes, less than par sealing hoses or even a cracked radiator can let air into the system when it cools. That air pocket then wrecks havoc on the motor running, including idle surging, coming up to full operating temp prematurely etc.
First step is to purge the coolant and see if the air returns, second step is to verify the coolant system is sealed by pressure testing the system and the radiator cap.
I am assuming your compression numbers are in Bars? I would have to convert that to PSI to know how that compares to a stock B18C but by the looks it's pretty even across the board which makes me think the head gasket is probably okay.

They all make a ticking sound from the valves. They don't have valve lifters to automatically take the slack out. If it gets too loud you need to adjust the valves.
Get the cooling system full. Wait until the engine is cold. Squeeze the top radiator hose it should not have pressure inside (if there is pressure, loosen the radiator cap to let it out then replace cap). Start the engine and rev it. Keep checking the hose. If you feel pressure build up right away, the head gasket is leaking. There should not be much pressure until the engine has warmed up some.
You don't use plain water in there all the time, do you? Running plain water instead of coolant solution will cause severe corrosion of the engine.
