Need advice!
I have a 99 civic that I purchased with Megan Racing EZ street coilovers on and I want to change the springs. Not sure what to go with and whether they would fit on the Megan coilovers. I daily drive the car but also like aggressive driving on weekends. I do not have the budget for new coilovers but I am willing to spend up to 300$ on quality springs. Any help is appreciated.

I'm not sure if you can just buy springs to put on coilobers but..
With 300 as budget I'm sure you can find Springs from TEIN, Eibach and H&R that will be within your price and definitely a big improvement over Megan Racings.
Don't go too low if you're going to use stock shocks though..
i had at one point put on a couple hundred dollar set of one piece eibachs w/ inch or 2 of drop and was very happy
If you are on the fence about it just wait till you have the cash else you are just going to be buying something you really didn't want and then turn around later and spend more later to get what you think you want. so you're actually spending more in the end to get what you wanted.
agree w/ cisco.... if you don't know when to go and when to slow you break more stuff.....unless you're into dragging the ground everywhere you go some people like that kind of thing...lol

Your height adjustment is maxed out?
Can you add more preload to the spring to raise the car? It will likely ride better because you're giving the shock more room to work.
That solution is free.
Then just save the extra $500-600 you need in order to purchase a decent set of coilovers.
If you want springs....springs are available from Eibach or Ground Control. Or Swift. Or hyperco. Or H&R. 100X other spring suppliers. Or Summit if you want them cheap.
You just need *flat bottom* springs with the same diameter as your originals. You do NOT want lowering springs that are application specific. But...what do you plan on doing? Just buying extremely stiff springs so the car sits higher? Will the dampers be able to handle that?
It may help to take photos if your coilovers, your current ride height, and how you are attempting to adjust them.

This is another one of those threads where we need to back up and find out what the intended goal of the OP is. Buying springs for Megan Racing coilovers should have been the first flag.
OP - check to see if the coilovers are stuffed down into the shock mount, it's a common trick people use to go lower then coilovers would normally allow them. Also, make sure you're adjusting the coilovers by the bottom perch, not by the perches the springs rest on. Can you take a pic of your tire gap, and then one of the suspension setup?

is there adj ball joints or anything on it? if you start screwing w/ the ride height and get it where you like it probably not a bad idea to get an alignment check

could do this but its gonna take a while. I'm building a b20 right now. these are just too low, don't ride all that bad. thank you!
sorry too late when i read and posted...agree w/ b serious if they are fully adjustable turn those things up an inch or so and see how it is. You would think that you could swap the springs out w/ no issue; maybe maybe not. if it was mine id call megan racing and double check before you blow the suspension apart drop cash on new springs only to fine out it won't work.
