I want bigger brakes on my Civic, can I just change the rotors to Integra rotors? Or does the Integra have bigger brake pads?
it all depends on what year civic you have. my 94ex coupe has the same 10.3" rotors that the integra does. however, the calipers are different. many civics only have the small 9.5" rotors on them. either way, if you are looking to get a braking upgrade, go to http://www.fastbrakes.com and check out what they have. good luck.

I have a 96 Civic DX. So if I want bigger front brakes, I can just buy bigger rotors (integra rotors) and keep my stock calipers? Are the Integra front calipers bigger than my stock DX calipers?
i have a 93 ex coupe, what brakes would i have to get to do a rear disc brake conversion? and you said that integras ahve the same 10.8" rotors as we do on our front brakes, so what is the difference between the calipers?

TO GO BIGGER, you need to use a fastbrakes setup. email that dude and ask away.
