I read a forum on the no spark issue and performed the tests within the link. It stated that if you have spark at the coil and the rotor turns then replace the cap and rotor. I did that and I still have the same problem no spark out of the cap to the wires. Any suggestions for a cure?

 

How you testing for park at the coil. It might be that the spark is not strong enough.

 

did you use a high energy ignition spark tester? (dirt cheap on ebay)
if not you may have damaged the coil.
