Default 1997 Accord F22b exhaust manifold vs f22b2 manifold.

I'm swapping my blown f22b2 for a jdm f22b and I noticed the manifold that came with my jdm motor is bigger and has two outlets instead of one like my current manifold, I feel like the stock f22b manifold would be better suited for the application because i think the jdm engine has a slightly higher compression ratio or bigger injectors or something like that therefore it would need more flow I would guess? plus I snapped a bolt pulling the heat shield off the old manifold, so i don't want any rattling under the hood. So whats the cheapest way for me to get my stock down pipe to work with this manifold?

Do you not have the downpipe for the F22B manifold? The upper portions are completely different. Look at the exhaust primaries on both motors.
F22B: O O O O
F22B1/B2: O OO O

So you need the F22B upper. As far as the lower, you MAY be able to use the F22B1 downpipe. The B2 was a 4-1, while the B1s were 4-2-1. I say may, because it will probably bolt up, but the downpipe might be either too long, or too short in both directions (height and length). If it fits height wise (aka doesn't hit the oil pan, and doesn't hang too low), then it should be pretty easy to modify the length to fit to the rest of the exhaust system.

No, I ordered the motor online it's a complete motor with all components and accessories, The B1 sounds like it should work I'll try and post some pics next time I work on the car. I can use my stock manifold after the swap is done in the meantime, but I would like to put the one that came with the motor on at some point to see if there's any power difference.
