I own a 00 civic sedan with ZC SOHC non-vtec, I am thinking about a swap, but am confused in between h22a and K24.

The H22a i can get is
Engine : H22A-4000XXX
Tranny : M2U4-1000561 (its ATTS or LSD ? )
ECU : 37820-P5P-003
Red top.
Is it Type S ? and is this the one which is 217hp ? (Correct me if i am wrong)

Which one is easy to tune and what are the pros and cons of swapping h22a or k24. I am planning to keep it NA.
Need suggestions and which one should i get and why ?

I would go with a K24.
