2003 accord v6 P0974 and P0980 codes

2003 accord v6 P0974 and P0980 codes
Receiving the following codes from my scanner P0974 and P0980.
Tested the Solenoids B and C according to the shop manual and the resistance checks out between 12-25 Ohms.
Applied 12 volts and they click as they are supposed to.
Cleaned the screens and re-installed in the transmission.
Can't clear the codes with the scanner.
What next?

Update!!!!
Drove the car for a few miles and the check engine light has magically disappeared.
Checked with the scanner and no codes stored in the PCM.
Still wondering why the scanner wouldn't clear the codes.....
Great, so now I can return the new solenoids that I bought.
Always nice to save money.......
