Accord CEL code 7
Posting for a friend, he has a '99 Accord v6 and his check engine light is on. He gets this displayed in the trip odometer:

the two ='s are light up. Anyone have a clue what's going on. I haven't seen this firsthand, so I apologize if its confusing. Any info or advice would be great.
