1998 civic ex .Replaced steering wheel and now the instrument panel is flashing when i start the car is there a fix for this and i have a jdm motor i need to do a knock sensor delete any links whould be greatly appreciated

 

I replaced the steering wheel and it has no air bag in it when i start the car the instrument panel lights blink for a while and finally stops is there a way to bypass that and i have a jdm b18c engine i need the link for the knock sensor fix sense it doesn't have one i did before on my last build don't remember how to do it
