1991 honda civic sedan LX
all my lights are working fine..except the marker light turn signal, the amber one, everything blinks normal..."not a fast flash" bulbs are good..but no marker turn signal..no light, nothin..the bulbs that came with the marker light unit are one filament bulbs..not sure if this is the problem..or what bulb suppose to go in there oem...the marker lamp set was from ebay sssooo??..who knows..i tested the bulb socket and i get .74 to .78 volts with turn signals on..so some current is trying to pass?
Any ideas before i start tearing the wireing out and jump those off another turn sig. circuit...

 

i have lights from the clear lens part of the marker lights..but just no amber marker lights/turn signal? IDK..is there a relay im missin??? ive been over and over the wireing diagram in my chiltons book...but lights are not really a main subject..
