I just bought a 95 Civic sedan with stock h22 swap. It has two issues I am looking to tend to but don't know where to start. First it has a low idle very low 200-400rpm this I believe causing a temperature problem at idle only. The second is the VTEC only kicks in one out of every 5 times and when it does it is strong. Almost too strong like it slams in.
