NO START ISSUE
Ok guys let me start off by saying i did do a few searches and read up on FAQ lol.
here is my issue, i bought the car a week ago:
1. no fire and no fuel
2. i did jump the 1/7 pins on the relay and it did make the fuel pump come on, i jumped the other two pins also but nothing happened ( i cant remember which pins).
3. the CEL doesnt come on at all when the switch is in I/II/III position.
help.. lol
oh yeah and i was trying to figure out if the g101 ground could be loose? is there any way to jump this ground to see if that's the problem?

CEL not coming on at all suggests a complete lack of power, such as a blown fuse. Do the oil and battery lights come on when you turn the key on? Or missing parts. Have you confirmed that the car indeed has an ECU and all other vital parts?
To confirm that ground wires are grounded, you can measure voltage from the wires to battery (-) with the key on, it should be very close to zero.
