HELP! I need a HONDA mechanic to work on my Buggy in L.A.
Hello Buggy Community!
I have recently joined your ranks after purchasing a "Manx Type" buggy with a sweet Honda 3.5L vtec engine. I have been getting to know the car and it's abilities. But what I can't seem to get a hold of is a MECHANIC that will do work on the engine. I have either a "Buggy Guy" that won't work on Honda engines, or a "Honda Guy" who won't work on Buggy's!
So, PLEASE, PLEASE.........Is there ANYONE out there who can tell me of a guy or shop that can and will work on a Buggy with a Honda engine in it????? I Live in the greater Los Angeles area. For J-series builds you're at the wrong place. Also many of the J-series builders are on the east coast. My buddy has a built j35 in his EG hatchback.
