Default No spark after theft recovery- '97 GSR

Hi guys-

Back in November my '97 GSR sedan was stolen and then recovered the next day. Needless to say the ignition column was pretty messed up when I got it back. Since the ignition switch in the column was broken the motor didn't turn over, the windows didn't work, and the fuel pump relay never came on. I was able to swap an ignition switch over from my junk Civic to the stolen Integra. The ignition switch harness is joined to the main harness with two big brown clips. There is also a tiny sensor around where the key goes in. Any clue what this does? So, after replacing the harness and the 50A ignition fuse in the engine bay I was able to get the motor to turn over. Everything appears to be working...lights, fuel pump relay, windows, etc. Unfortunately, it appears that I am not getting spark and the motor is slow to turn over (I tried two batteries). I removed the spark plugs just to make it easier for the motor to turn over but it was still very slow. Also, the radio can't power on. The anti-theft light just continuously blinks on it. Any thoughts on where to start?

Also, a portion of the actual ignition column was drilled out. I'm guessing the thieves had to do this because the steering wheel was locked?

Thanks!

Sounds like your batteries aren't fully charged.

The second battery I used was just pulled off of the charger but I guess it's possible that it's weak.

I couldn't find my inline ignition tester so I just removed a plug, hooked the plug back up to its wire, turned off the lights in my garage, and cranked the motor over. I couldn't see any spark happening. I'm not sure how reliable of a test that is however haha.

The motor now cranks over after replacing the starter. Still no spark. I replaced the coil to no avail.

The fuel pump primes. Everything related to the turning of the key seems normal...i.e. fuel pump whine, CEL coming on and then off, etc. I even tried a different ECU.

The radio no longer powers on however. It simply flashes the anti-theft light whether the key is on or off.

Also, I do believe my car came with a dealer installed alarm. I wonder if that may be messing with things?

Had the ICM tested. It passed.

I found the dealer installed Acura alarm under my seat. Disconnected it. No change in spark.
